Enter your activation code, provided by Prism, as well as your desired User and Organization names. Users not behind a security firewall can click Activate Now to activate online. Otherwise, manual activation can be initialized with the check box in the lower left. This will require email communication with Prism. Further instructions will appear when this checkbox is checked.

In addition to the installation file and the Serial Number, you will need to obtain an activation code from the School of Medicine IT Help Desk at somhelpdesk@marshall.edu or 304-691-1748.
